Unemployment Insurance services are currently provided by phone or on the Internet. If you wish to open a claim or need information on unemployment insurance, call the center serving your county. See the list below for the center in your region.
Claims Processing Center Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesday hours are 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. The Claims Processing Centers are closed on all state and federal holidays.
